In the attached MP3 file from a company meeting, phrases such as I'm going to get you, lawsuit (7.8 million) [does not exist - lie], employee contracts are used to keep employees from discussing this business. Most of this springs from Ryans attempt to cover up his own failings.  DUI, traffic incidents, cheating on his wife and more.  He used Christianity as a shield, "sin today, forgive tomorrow.  Of course he learned this from his dad Richard Tate. A man who can cry on demand to persuade you his way. Note use of it at end of the recording..nothing new to those who deal with these folks.

This is a family that will do anything to promote their business and hide their non-christian ways.  Do not believe it.  One employee was brave enough to tape a meeting which shows what many have known for years.

They have tried to obtain funding from the federal government, state and city to "expand" a questionable business.  Everything always looks good until others get a closer look, then it falls apart.

This site will be the employees and others story of Tate Publishing.  If you are considering using them, dont believe that you paying for a "vanity" book makes you a publisher, its just a way of using them to market you.  If you are really good, you wont pay out of pocket.  This is called vanity printing.

 

Google and do your research, and don't fall for the "oh just come visit us..you will see what its like..listen to the audio.."  - geez - most people would have just walked out of that meeting.
